Old India Tea Masala 1Kg

I was nervous to commit myself to 1Kg without trying a sample but in the end I did. - I thought "I can always use it up in my cooking".Compared with the other easily available (- & Excellent) brand, It's not as peppery or as intense tasting. And some people will prefer it or that reason. But it wins on Value - and it is good. I'm surprised at how good it is. - It's very good. - Well worth the price !

I've tried a few different brands but I think I'll stick with this one now.

Very pleased with this. Not quite like hubby’s Mum made, but what is? He heats it up a bit by adding ground black pepper. Good value, as other brands come in 100g bags which doesn’t go far in daily use.

Nicely crushed and amazing taste for the morning Indian tea.

The flavours are lovely, but unfortunately they are way overpowered by pepper.I love pepper, but not this strong in my tea😔

This is a bad chai masala blend. Too much pepper and cheap cinnamon not enough ginger and cardamom.If you do end up needing this for some reason the way to balance it is to combine:2 part blend2 part ground ginger1 part ground cardamomwhich will make it slightly more tolerable. But at that point you might a well grind you're own or by the parts form a shop and use an online recipe.

Too much pepper makes it a little hard to enjoy the taste of the other spices

I have been drinking tea without milk and suger for over 30 years, I have tried all other tea masala products in the market but nothing can compare the aromatic spices smell and test every sip you take. I'm grateful to product and their makers. I'm enjoying every sip of my tea masala. TRY YOURSELF AND ENJOY IT!!
