Perfect to keep in the kitchen if you run out of fresh eggs in you kitchen and need eggs for a recipe. They taste great. I add milk to mine for a creamy scrambled egg, use them in your smoothies, but a serving in your dogs daily food for a healthy coat and tummy. Use them in a cake mix or a main course. They are great for a backup plan. Enjoy. 😊

Best for baking, good texture, when used in baking the taste is comparable. However, if you try to rehydrate it for a regular eggs, it taste off. No real smell, and for baking it is a good value for your money.

This would not mix properly even with a powered mixer. Attempted to use for scrambled eggs after mixing as best as possible with 1 cup egg to 1 1/2 cup water as directions said. Just sat and boiled rapidly and after 5 mins total was reduced with no sign of egg cooking even at high heat. Rest went in trash can quickly. This was my experience so just passing it on for others info. I may have done something wrong but after reading instructions a few times but I fail to see how. I have used liquid eggs and substitutes before with success however I failed badly with this item. May be fine for baking but I would council caution first.

The eggs are a fine powder and are ready to use. There is little to no smell. Installation/setup: Use as directed to reconstitute and use as eggs in your recipes. Final thoughts: I used this as eggs in my dinner roll recipe for Thanksgiving. The rolls were as I have always made them, and I’ve always used fresh eggs. They were fluffy and rose well, my family never knew the difference. I got these to have on hand just in case I couldn't get eggs. I used them in hamburger patties, cake, cookies, and Thanksgiving stuffing. They work well, just make sure you add enough water. I wish the package had a clearer instruction for substitution, I was kind of just guessing but it turned out.
