Q: Will it work with other bands? Or only the apple band?

My assumption is that if the other bands in question have the same thickness as the Apple band where they slide into the case of the Apple Watch and not overlap the case at all they should work. I say that because the Armor Works case wraps the Apple Watch case all the way to where the band slides in.

Q: How remove rugged armor protecter from series 3 IWatch

The same way you would for the Series 4 or 5 - press the switches to release your wrist straps, then take the armor off. This one wasn’t designed for the 3 though, so you may have a little more difficulty getting it off.

Q: can you add a screen protector with this case ?

I didn’t use a screen protector as the raised edges of the case provide the protection I needed.

Q: will this work for 44mm 5 series?

Yes it does. Just know it adda bulk and the charging puck will not connect sometime.
