Farm Folk Large Red Onion, Pack of 3

Seriously does anyone read reviews for red onions?If you do then they were great, absolutely yummy, these in particular were a good size but their greatness lies in the fact that they are red onions!

Well, the onions arrived and were presented in a nice handy netted bag wich was a bonus as can be used as a nice purse in spring. Alternatively if u cut it in half the dog can have a hair net . And a spair for the cat. The 3 onions were dressed in a deep wine skin that was chrisp and dry. Upon peeling they went a little shy as were not happy without skin and they were even more uncomfortable that their destiny was a stir fry. They did not make me cry although I thought about them after and that when I shed a tear

Large? These were extra large, not sure if I got lucky or if I’m just used to getting small onions at supermarkets but they were massive. Very happy with them.

When it's larger than a shallot perhaps. I remember when large onions were as big as Softballs. These days they're just normal onion size. All the small onions go into the 'economy' bags. Rip off Britain yet again.
