Perfect for colds and URIs
Iโm recovering from an URI and my respiratory system is very sensitive. This product is helping me heal the irritation caused by the infection, as well as relieving the lingering congestion in order to avoid further complications. It does not taste terribly despite being a herbal concoction!

Took this during almost recent upper respiratory infection the taste is mild and itโs not a bad flavor either. I had no side effects at all in fact I really helped me with my cough. I like that itโs all natural and easy to use.

I think it works!
This has a very herbally taste and is very thick. I had a nasty cough/cold and i started taking this when my wet cough started. I've never had such a pleasant wet cough. I think it helped that I hydrated a lot and slept upright, but i think this played a role, too. Once i started taking this, my cough only lasted 3 days!!!

Not sure if this helped my lungs much
The taste of this syrup is a big rough for me. I love the Gaia brand but am not sure this worked for my lung discomfort when I had bronchitis. I think itโs meant to be more of a cough medicine than tonic to promote lung healing, which is what I has hoped for.
