Jaipur Avenue Chai Tea Mix Vanilla (15-Count Box)

I like the other flavor better but this is also goof

I LOVE this brand of chai. I have been a huge fan ever since I tried for the first time at the SIFF Film Center some 5 years ago. Although I can find Jaipur at random shops around Seattle, they never have my favorite flavor (Vanilla). Amazon is my place - subscribe? Hell yes!The flavor is beautiful - I add frothed almond milk to it - better than any coffee shop!

My wife and I drink chai almost daily. Initially a sceptic, I was surprised at how flavorful this dried powder mix was! I have shared it with several of my friends, who all like it and plan to re-order more. I use heated milk instead of water. And often, I will supply my own pinch of saffron to the cup. YUM!The quality of the taste approaches, but does not quite, reach that of a good fresh-brewed cup of chai. And understandably, it is more expensive than fresh-brewed. But heck, you can take this to work, on a backpack or camping trip, leave a pack or 2 with friends. I love having a few packs on-hand!

My wife and I have tried 4 different chai tea mixes to get away from the sugar water served at Starbucks (while saving some money as well). Jaipur Avenue has the best flavor of them so far and we have reordered several times. Vanilla has a smooth flavor but our preference is saffron. If you are not sure which one go for the variety pack first.

I'm obsessed with this delicious tea! I drink 1 cup of it every morning and it totally makes my day. It's easy to make by just adding hot water to the tea. I married into an Indian family so my family drinks tea many times a day and this product fits in well in my life. Also you can by many other flavores by this tea brand. Vanilla flavor is the BEST so you have to try it! Go Team! YUM!

I was looking for a chai tea mix that did not list sugar as the first ingredient! Jaipur chai did not and it is rich, creamy and tasty. It's not loaded with calories either. I bought a box for the office and within a week replaced that and bought one for home, too.

This is okay but not what I was really hoping for. The amount of sweetness is good, but the powder does have a slightly strange smell before adding water or milk. I was a bit leery since it's produced in India, but it's an American importer and seems to be fine in that regard, although I do prefer to always buy products made in the USA. I tried adding milk, vanilla extract, honey, and/or cream at various times, and they all made it more desirable to me.

I love this chai. I make it at work when I need a warm, comforting beverage with slight caffiene. It's great with water and adding a litte coffee creamer makes it nice and rich. The vanilla is good but the variety mix of this same tea was more fun. Especially the saffron.
