Thanks to this I'm now getting good night sleeps!
I have been suffering from an enlarged prostate for many years and that comes with needing to wake up a few times in the night to go to the loo. I haven't been able to sleep longer than about 3 hours or less before needing the loo in the night. Well since I've been taking this I've only needed to wake up once and it seems to be getting even better than that. I feel more refreshed next morning. Great product! I ve been using the product for more than 5 months, but did not found it use full or effective
