Q: what is the load rating?

Not sure about the load rating but it is a very sturdy, strong base. I have 5 greenstalk planters on mine, all full to the brim with dirt and plants, which is a lot of weight and the spinner works smoothly and it rolls easily with all that weight. The company is very good about answering questions if you call or text them.

Q: What are the size of the wheel?

They are around 2 inches and they work very good. The spinner base makes a big difference and I highly recommend it.

Q: I got mine without the wheels even though I ordered this base and it says with wheels. How can I get the wheels?

My base came with wheels, so I'm not sure, but I would contact Greenstalk. It is my understanding that they are easy to work with and are located in the US.
