There is noticeable noise coming from the UPS. Initially, it works well, but after about 6 months it starts making a loud buzzing sound, similar to a bee noise, continuously. I own two units—one is 6 months old and the other is 13 months old. The older one provides almost no backup after 1 year. Overall, performance degrades significantly over time.

It worked till the warranty period and then it stopped working and still visited the authorised service center and they say the battery has to be replaced as it is out of warranty period completed and they said the battery costs 760 which is half of the new router ups price and said the warranty for the new battery is 3 months. So anyone buying this product be careful with Vguard company products and even if you insist buy at your own risk. This product from Vguard is a bad and runs only till warranty as if they want to do business on after sales and profit with it. BAD PRODUCT VGUARD ENVIBE ROUTER UPS.😭

Product is good, works well for the router. I purchased this product in December 2023 and it worked well till July 2025. So easily helped me work from home seamlessly for more than 1.5 years. However after 1.5 years, it is dead now and has lost all its backup. Trying to find a replacement battery is costly.

I bought this recently for home usage. It is simple to use, easy to set up and lightweight. Helps very much during power cuts and works well for WI fi. I have seen it working fine upto 3 hours when there is no power. This is a must for work from guys and definitely worth buying.

Although the DG starts up in under 3 minutes at my society, it is enough to cut my Internet. And then, the wait before it connects again... many times, the power goes repeatedly and within minutes as well. I had earlier bought a different brand of Tiny UPS for the purpose of providing my Wi Fi with continuous power. It lasted less than 2 years, with the battery unable to hold any charge after a year! That was when I tried out this VGuard product - and for the last year, I have NEVER ONCE BEEN DISCONNECTED! The Battery appears to be as healthy as it was on the first day, although there must be some loss of charging ability. I am so impressed by the VGuard name, that I have 2 VGuard Voltage Stabilizers and 2 VGuard Geysers now - all of them working perfectly fine - Touch Wood! Highly recommended product, highly recommended company!
