clear images on my 64 micro card ( bought separately class 10) easy to navigate videos
In part with HaloCam C1 FHD, this works very well. I did download HaloCam Auto from google play. I have to admit works very well. After 1 week, clear images on my 64 micro card ( bought separately class 10) easy to navigate videos. This also has OBD reading hence this cord needed. Auto on and 1 minute recording blocks. The power cord OBD GPS cord was easy to tuck in the truck frame I have and hides easily. Records internal sounds so blasting radio will get recorded as well as potential swearing at other auto drivers.This is the summer time and the range of temp is still within the video cam tolerance.

I originally didn't buy this with the dashcam. But once I got the dashcam, I realized I should have purchased this as well to get all the features possible with my camera. Unfortunately, even during Black Friday sales, the price was quite high for just this item. In retrospect, buying the dashcam first and then this cost more than if I were to have simply purchased version of the dashcam with this included. So be sure to check the pricing before you decide to buy as the price fluctuates on here a lot.In all, it works. It does lose GPS off and on which is unpleasant, particularly with trip tracking and speed diagnostics. I live in central Canada with no obstruction, so I do not know why. But it is better than not having it.

Caused flashing abs and trac dash lights.
Lexus IS300 I purchased the halo dash cam and was so pleased with the product I decided to also purchase this attachment. It works well enough that my speed is displayed on video but unfortunately diagnostics features don't work and having this plugged in while my car runs causes my abs and trac light to flash. No use for me, waste of time and money. Tried on other vehicles with same issue.

Works great on Mazda 3 2011
Works great adds lots of good functionality to the halocam but I was unable to find instructions for this unit anywhere. Luckily it was easy enough to figure out on my own. I did have to guess at optimal placement for gps module though so I hope I got that right.If you get a halocam I highly recommend this as well.
