(and I would recommend sealing it with some waterproof sealer too, more for the sake of it’s lifespan than the fish’s lifespan). Make sure it’s entirely cured and entirely cleaned before/after. **Q: Is it OK to use this resin for outdoor projects like a sign or garden elf?** A: Yes. Once cured the resin is fine for outdoor use. The UV rays from the sun will actually cure the resin. I personally paint/seal the few I have done and over a year later they are still perfect. **Q: Can someone tell me the shelf life? Sealed, and after opening? I just opened that seems to be separating into a clear liquid and a black pigment.** A: Always shake your resin before use. Any non clear uv resin will seperate on the shelf. **Q: I just purchased a 3d printed statue that was made with this resin which is hollow. could i pour this to fill it using a uv flahslight every 1//2"?** A: I would not recommend that. The resin will not cure all the way if you pour 1/2 inch the top lyer would cure however trapping liquid resin underneath. Thereby causing swelling and your figure could burst.
