Warning - Overheats your Mac!!!
Purchased for use with MacBook Pro 15”. When I close the lid on my Mac with this charger connected, it stops the Mac from sleeping, meaning that it overheats. Terrible product - looks cheap, feels cheap, and doesn’t do the job properly. I got this as it was the only charger I could find on ‘next-day’ delivery... wish I hadn’t bothered!!

First one broken, then replacement was ridiculously slow.
I regret to say that the item I recieved did not work and couldn't charge any of my usb c devices. I was very disappointed having read the otherwise positive reviews on here. Concerning to experience the opposite with a dead product.Edit.Have since ordered a second in the hope that it would work. I recieved my replacement, however this charger my HP Spectre extremely slowly. My laptop took over 8 hours to charge from 68% to 92%. It's next to useless.

Does the job
After having had a different off-brand charger that only lasted 3 months, this one seems a lot better and no problems yet.

Blew after a few weeks
This ran an electric current through my laptop which you could feel round the casing and then promptly blew, breaking one of my laptop's charging points, after just a few weeks of use.

A cheap power adaptor alternative for a MacBook, laptops and some smartphones.
Not a brand I’ve come across before Akmac, but this 65W USB type-C adaptor is a cheap alternative if you need to replace a type-C power adaptor. The output from this will vary depending on what voltage and current the device needs but a list of various models is given in the product description.

Good value and fast charging.
Great option if you need a replacement usb type c charger. I just wish the cable was detachable from the plug, othert than that, its great. go for it.

Well priced and convenient
Bought this as an alternative to the original charger that came with my HP Elitebook. It is less bulky and I can also charge my phone with it, so I don't have to carry two separate chargers. This makes it much more convenient for using on the go.

Poor quality
It didn't work for my HP laptop and I wanted to return it but I was going on a trip so didn't have time. I left it now but it's poor quality.
