These prawn crackers are pretty close to the ones I used to eat back in Indonesia! As usual, I fried them in a lot of hot oil and collected them with a metal sieve/strainer after they've expanded a good amount. The texture was really light and crispy, and the taste was also good. One note to keep in mind: make sure the crackers don't touch the bottom of the wok/pan/pot for too long, especially after expanding, otherwise it'll burn. Luckily for me I like burnt food sometimes. Highly recommend.

This doesn’t have that much flavor. It has good crunch. I don’t i will purchase again!

These are delicious. When you need something crunchy with a slightly shrimp taste. These have to be fried which makes them warm and delicious when you get them.

these are the best to buy. i have brought other brands but i found these do the best when you cook them.
