You get what you pay for. Basically adhesive backed tissue paper.

As a retired painting contractor, I've used many hundreds of rolls of masking tape. This was the worst ever. So thin it became nearly impossible to unroll and was virtually unusable if you could get it off.

Works great so far...hope it stays that way, and doesn't start to impossibly stick to the roll as so many do. It is a bit thinner than some. 😇🌼🗽🎵

Does seem to work better than the store brand. Sticks, but not excessively.
