Do you need a special back box to fit these screwless switches?

The front of the socket pops off to leave the screws for you to screw into the standard box. Once done you just pop the front plate back on and you’re done

Do these simply screw into the original Mounting Box( least 25mm)then front cover clips on?

Hi, Yes these can be fitted to standard 25mm box. Hope this helps Reagards Waterford electricals

Whydoes this company give such a poor service?

I had no problem with the delivery etc in 2021. The products are of reasonable quality although I didn’t have to contact the company directly.
