Great Taste
I love this cereal. No sugar overload! I just wish it was more affordable locally.

So good I can’t believe there’s protein in it
I cannot get enough of this cereal. I put it in my cottage cheese for an extra kick of protein, and it is just delicious.

Great produce to diabetics
This is an excellent product. While it certainly is very high priced - it is a good addition to a diabetic diet since it allows them to enjoy cereal - but not have the spikes in blood sugar that carb and sugar laden cereals create.

Size matters
In short the cereal tastes pretty good and can be fairly filling, but the serving size is way too tiny for an adult as a breakfast. The high protein content can be a little tricky to digest, thus if you've had issues with protein shakes/powder this is likely going to be similar. The question is really around value, a box is only 7oz which is smaller than your average box of cereal. typically i'll eat a box over 3 to 4 days and a box is about $10. Buying the 4 pack does reduce the overall cost and thus it's a matter of knowing what you are paying for, and for that i'm coming in at 4 stars, and you get a 'spoon' which is a nice touch.

Tastes great, good protein content
I got the chocolate flavor. It tastes really good. There is a slight whey protein aftertaste, but it didn’t taste weird to me. Milk protein aftertaste was totally fine for a chocolate cereal. The protein content is really decent especially when you consider it as a percentage of total nutrients. It’s a relatively low carb cereal at 15 grams per serving. I don’t really understand net carbs and how those are calculated. I will say that as a type 1 diabetic who can monitor the blood glucose impact of a variety of carbs in real time, it seems like a carb is a carb. As expected, my body processed this cereal as 15 grams of carbs not 4 grams of carbs. I appreciate that it’s 15 grams per serving vs the ~30 grams you would expect from other cereals, but it seems like net carbs (especially using allulose) are a just a gimmick. It is not a high fiber cereal.
