Love the protein
This mix is so easy to prepare. They're dense so I don't advise mixing fruit into the batter. Make at blueberries as they're cooking. We're not used to the sweetness so if you're bothered by sugar alcohols, you won't like these. Otherwise, they're great.

Great source of protien
i will be honest in that when you try these pancakes your brain says one thing and your mouth says something completely different. After a couple of bites you find that they are delicious. BTW use real Canadian maple syrup!
