Garage Door Screen 7'H with Standard Screen Material (16'Wx7'H, Sandstone)

I converted my garage into my office and it felt like working in a cave before installing this screen. Now I can enjoy the nice weather days and keep my dogs contained while I work. The on-line, step-by-step videos are very detailed and extremely easy to follow. Of course in the videos they were working with a completely empty garage while mine is packed with office furniture and tools. I asked my son-in-law to come help (which was a good idea) but by the time he arrived I had most of it assembled and ready for installation. I don't care how light weight it is, anything that measures 16' x 7' is bulky and difficult to handle by yourself. We were able to finish the job in just a few hours and there were a few complications. My garage opening isn't square so leveling and adjusting were required and naturally everything was in the way. I was concerned about actually installing the screen material itself - never did that before - but it was a breeze.

Item arrived quickly and was packaged well. Looks like it will take a few hours to assemble but I am sure it will look just like what I was looking for.

The screen is easy to pull up and down, the only problem you have to have at least 18 inches of swing clearance . See attached photos. Delivery was very fast, two days, It took me about 6 -7 hrs to put together . Looks good and works well. When putting the retractable screen door together the top, bottom and side rails have a inside and outside , make sure you follow instructions. I took my time and followed the videos on YouTube . I’am 70 years old and was able to do it by myself.

This was a great investment. We use this every day. It was not super easy to put together, but my husband was able to assemble in about 8 hours with the support of the videos on YouTube. The handle on the sliding screen kept falling down so my husband installed a screw at the bottom of the handle and that fixed the problem. Tip- put a stop screw at the end of the track after assembly is complete to keep the door on the track.

The product is not easy to install and when the directions say to watch the YouTube video, do it, as the written instructions are wrong. It worked great for a week and the door would not retract and the handle slid to the bottom. Now to try to disassemble it to see what the issue is.

After all of the shipping mishaps, not the fault of the manufacture, (one carton got mis directed and ran over somewhere between the east coast and the west coast)I called the manufacturer and they shipped out a new carton with all of the replacement parts. ( at no cost to me)It finally arrived, Un-damaged.I assembled, and installed my new screen door and I absolutely LOVE IT !!!!😍Thanks Lifestyle Screen Doors your awesome!!!And so are your screen Doors

Great product. Only took one star off because it is hard to put up. Recommend having a pro install. Even with an engineering background, it took two weekends of swearing and spitting to get it in.
