VW's HATE aftermarket parts
This review has more to do with VW's than ZBN. If you have a VW, you are stuck buying VW parts or you will just spend more time and money figuring it out like I did. The part fit exactly and looked to be high quality. It was also carefully packaged. Too bad it didn't work. I have been told numerous times that VW's are finicky. It's all true. I could actually go further before the problem (PO 0111) manifested itself with the old VW part than I could with the replacement ZBN component (OCV). I took a chance because of the lock down/C-19 malarkey. Gambled and lost. ZBN may make fine parts but if you have a VW, save yourself some headaches and just use factory parts.A message to ZBN: Stick to making parts for OEM's that work. VW's are notoriously incompatible with aftermarket parts. Why sully your name because the OEM seems to be misreporting specifications or tolerances resulting in consistently failing aftermarket parts?
