Comfortable and noise canceling
I love this head set, I’m in calls for 90% of my work day and with a 1yr old and 3yr old it’s cancels a lot of the background noise! Extremely comfy on the ears vs other headsets! Long cord to connect, definitely worth the price! Will come back for another if needed! It’s great quality in a headset!

Great Noise Cancellation and Very Comfortable
This headset does a great job canceling out background noise. I’ve apologized during meetings thinking there was noise in the background, but the other person couldn’t hear anything. The sound quality is clear, and it’s also very comfortable to wear for long periods. Definitely a great choice for meetings and working from home.

Works Great!
I'm a BIG believer in wired headsets vs blue tooth to keep the radiation on my brain down. Especially on something I'm using all day! I use it for phone calls, Zooms etc. Everyone says it sounds great on their end! Super comfy earpads, nice design.

Good not great but why?
As in the title and the rating I ask why not great? Simple. The headset quality and audio is very good BUT they changed the wires, albeit, the connectors are no longer plug in but hard wired so there is no replaceable parts should the strain relief start to crack and expose wires. Also the ear pads don’t seem to be replaceable but perhaps I am wrong on that observation.

Quality control issues
The headphones is starting to fall apart after barely four months in of light use which is quite disappointing. The quality of the sound and audio is decent, but the build quality isn’t so great. I’m not sure how to proceed from here because I only recently purchased this and it’s my first Jabra product.

Jabra 20 does the job for headphone, microphone needs
Had a high end brand of the Jabra 60 but it wore out after three years. Got the Jabra 20, and they are doing great. The meet the need but with a much lower cost.

works perfectly. has noise cancelling effect and mic does not capture much of background noise when on a call. great for work

For Small Heads!
Work great but better for people with small heads really. Can only pull out where the earpiece is about 1 inch extra. I don't have a large head, average and they almost fall off, I need to be able to extend it more than an inch. Not sure why they would limit this.
