Take care in measuring your finger for proper fit of this medical device
I didn't rate comfort as discomfort is what you will experience when you wear this medical device. In my case it's meant to help straighten my middle finger, which recently (11/2022) got a bit bent following a trigger finger surgical release. My use of this device was/is directed by the occupational therapist to whom I was referred for consultation. I note that the measurement of the finger is by inches, whereas the device measurements are given categorically (A,B...). However, the categories are also described by U.S. math. I measured my finger carefully, but the device I bought that matched an alphabetical category, was/is a bit too small for my finger; however, it's still do-able for its purpose. If there was a next-time purchase, I'd look at the maximum size of the range for an alphabetical category, and think of it as the minimum, or starting measurement of that range. But that's just me. Maybe I'm not good with a ruler.Dave

Wife’s Physical Therapist recommended
My wife’s pinky finger was very bent. Wearing the finger brace for a month, along with physical therapy and the finger is almost straight, 90%+ back to normal.

Expensive but helpful.
Wish it would be less expensive for the simple design it is. That said it did help to straighten the finger joint with consistent use.

It straightens finger.
It is simple and it works. I jammed my finger in swimming accident. It does what it is suppose to. My finger eventually bends again when I take off, but it is straight sometimes up to an hour after taking off. Too early to tell if I will be cured, but if I don’t it won’t be because of this product. It fits right, is fairly comfortably and straihtens my finger

and is exactly what my therapist recommended. But being that it's a 1/4" longer than ...
While I will say this is exactly what I needed versus using a $4 aluminum splint from CVS... the measurements are a tiny bit off of what is advertised. I, "Measured from palmar crease to distal finger crease." specifically on my left pinky finger, did exactly as told to do, and got (give or take 1/16") 2 1/2"; wherein I purchased this size. After receiving the product and reading the packaging/instructions it clearly indicates that AA is 2 1/4" and A is 2 3/4" I'm not at all downplaying how effective this product is, it's miles ahead of what I was using previously, and is exactly what my therapist recommended. But being that it's a 1/4" longer than advertised it doesn't exactly sit in the crease as it should, which causes a tiny bit of discomfort in the distal joint. Just a heads up :) Already, after a day of use, it has dramatically improved my mild pseudo boutonniere deformity to the point where I feel as though I can straighten this finger out. Thumbs up on the product, just be aware that A = 2 3/4" not 2 1/2"

Poor packaging
This item is obviously fragile in design and arrived in an unprotected envelope, no padding! It was bent and crooked from shipping. It should come in a crushless box with bubble wrap to preserve the sensitive mechanics of the item. So many items I receive are carefully packaged and sometimes overly so but this time was the opposite. Ridiculous!

Painless
My knuckles hurt severely 24/7. Everyday tasks, much less work tasks, are seriously near impossible for me to complete successfully. I wore this spring brace for a day (work day) and work up the next morning in less pain than I have been in for years (did not wear to sleep). Just slightly adjust for comfort. As I’m only 30, this gives me hope that my hands aren’t done for just yet.

Falls off finger and lost
Received and brought to a certified hand therapist. She put it on my finger and it immediately fell off. She adjusted tighter and when I left therapy, it fell off again and was lost only 15 minutes into wearing. (Hand numb from surgery) It was a quick $26 bucks down the drain.
