I really love these
I quite like these—they really satisfy my sweet tooth. I don't get much of a cookie-dough taste, but the dough centre is really nice. They satisfy my sweet cravings and actually make me feel quite full. It can get a bit sickly after half a bar, so I usually just have half and put the rest in the fridge. A perfect snack substitute!

I’ve been using this Grenade High Protein Bar after my gym sessions for the past few weeks and I’m seriously impressed. I opted for the cookie dough version and was expecting yet another chalky, “protein‐bar” taste, but this one actually tastes like a chocolate snack (without the guilt).
