Seams like there should be some pictures of exercises that people don't know how to do.

Worthless and potentially damaging.
This book is absolutely worthless. It is simply a list of exercises—some of which have names you can only guess what to do—and no—as in zero instructions on hire to do the exercises. YouTube would be a better bet. Safer than guessing what a phrase means as far as moving with dumbells.

Great book, great program.
Great book specially if you are a beginner wanting to start lifting weights. I enjoyed it, it could be basic if you are an intermediate however, I find I could add additional excercises/sets/reps to the whole program tweaking to add extra challenge. It does not have pictures for those that need demonstration however, most can be looked up.

False advertising
It states it SHOWS you how to revamp your workouts, and torch body fat etc, however, it doesn't show anything. It is pages of a supposed workout routine of just names of moves in lingo or abbreviations. I do not know what these workout look like or how to do them or safely. No description , no charts , no pictures . Do NOT waste your money. I am returning this item.

Don’t buy this book
Very disappointed it has no exercise diagrams, useless

Where's the rest of the book?!?
Book is a great start. However, the exercises are neither explained nor illustrated. Worse, some exercises are referred to by undefined abbreviations.
