How are these different from a sticky bra?

They’re very different. These are soft foam inserts, not adhesive. They sit inside your bra or are held in place using the included tape strips.

Will they work if I'm between cup sizes?

Yes. Choose your current size — A/B or C to enhance and add volume, D to lift and shape. If you're between sizes or want more coverage, we recommend sizing up.

Can they be worn under swimwear and activewear?

Yes. The foam is sweatproof and waterproof, so they hold up at the pool, the gym, and everywhere in between without shifting or breaking down.

Are these suitable for larger or plus-size busts?
