All natural ingredients. Good value and you can toss it into your purse for travel or a “touch up”. I highly recommend if you have any issues. Review: I’m getting older, and things are (ahem!) thinning out in some areas. So, occasionally it gets dry and even a little painful. My Dr. offered to give me hormone cream, and I tried it, but I just didn’t like it. So I thought I’d see if there was anything available in the more natural route. This stuff does the job, and does it without muss or fuss. It’s conveniently packaged, easily portable and very soothing. You don’t get a huge amount, but I haven’t found that I need to use a lot, so it’s been lasting me quite well. I would recommend.

tiny but mighty! super gentle, no burn, and actually soothes dryness. a little goes a long way!
