I bought this for my elderly mother who has extensive bone loss. I've have read that Turmeric and Eucommia Bark are both really good in helping remedy bone loss. This product also has GABA which is linked to lowered blood pressure which is another ailment my mother has. There are also SO many other helpful ingredients in this! So, I decided to try this. Her body has tolerated it very well, so we are going to continue buying this for a while to see if there are any long-term positive effects. This has a broad range of nutrients support bone growth. It has amino acids ornothine and lysine for muscle and bone growth. This is a well-rounded supplement. The capsules are large, but not too hard to swallow. Because I have been diagnosed with osteoporosis I am anxious to have my bone density checked after I have taken it for a few months. I will come back and update my review after I have the test.

So far so good; goes down easy & doesn’t upset my stomach like a lot of supplements do. I’m hoping it will help strengthen my aging bones & help me sleep better through perimenopause. I have to say now that I’m thinking about it, prior to, my insomnia was crippling. But it actually DOES seem as if I’ve slept pretty well this past week.
