I picked up an apple, put it in between the blades and it cut it like it was butter! Where have these scissors been all my life? I have severe arthritis in my hands. This is going to be a game changer for me. I'll be able to go back to baking, cuting beef for stews, celery, etc. Food that I enjoyed preparing but was no longer able too! I purchased this for my dad to use as my husband has been telling my dad all about these. Basically short story.. my husband loves these and will make it his mission to tell anyone to use these if they love to cook.
