I purchased the NURSAL Wireless TENS Unit a couple of weeks ago, and I couldn’t be happier with the results. It's compact, easy to use, and incredibly effective for relieving my back and shoulder pain. The wireless design is super convenient, and I love that it comes with a remote control, switching between the 18 modes and adjusting intensity is a breeze. The gel pads are high quality and adhere well, and the dual host feature allows me to target multiple areas at once. It’s perfect for relaxing sore muscles after a long day or post-workout recovery. I also appreciate how quiet and discreet it is, I’ve even worn it under clothing while working! Overall, this TENS unit exceeded my expectations. Great value, great results, and great design. This is fantastic! Easy to setup and use. Pads stick in great. The little book does a good job if modes and options. I have a wired nursal tens/ens but had both knees replaced that the wires got in the way. I grabbed this one on sale. Charged everything and then in 10 mins I was up and ruining. It is quite effective and I think I might even buy a second unit in the future. Maybe they’ll go insane again. Worth the money and convenience of the wireless function of it. I was worried it wouldn’t be strong enough or wouldn’t hold a charge long enough, but I was wrong on both counts. It’s a very comfortable to use in. The size is just right. It’s very lightweight and easy to store also.

I wasn't sure this would even work, but it is about the only thing that is helping my back. Misdiagnosis from a few Drs have made things worse, but I can get some relief positioning this in strategic locations. I've been pleasantly surprised at how effective this has been

I didn't get to use this Tens Unit until 8 months after I purchased it because it's so high tech and I found it difficult to figure out, because I'm extremely technically challenged. Also because the instructions weren't very good. The reason I could finally figure it out, was because my therapist helped me. But once that happened I am now very pleased with it.
