Inside is plastic. I have yet to find a glass water bottle with a stainless steel lid that I like.

Is this borosilicate glass?

I do not think so, the bottles are made of thicker glass like a jar.

Are there oz/ml measurements on the side of the bottles?

Yes, on the silicone sleeve, ml and oz, both measurements
