I have to say after years of buying what was available in my grocery store, this Rice has changed my mind about Risotto. I would make risotto with other brands, and the risotto never quite tasted good, and the rice didn't hold up well. Acquerello Brand has changed my mind, and my risotto is totally different now. Nice texture, holds up, and flavor is amazing. You should do your research on this product. Well worth the time and they are doing some special things with aging, and nutritional value.

Haben diesen Risottoreis auf einer Italienreise erstmals gekauft. Es gibt, jedenfalls für uns, keinen besseren. Gut dass man den auch bei Amazon beziehen kann. Ist schon nicht ganz preiswert. Aber wenn man das auf die Portion umrechnet und dann sieht das das nur wenige Cent sind, die die Portion mehr kostet, dann sieht man, dass man bei billigeren Sorten am falschen Platz sparen würde

Riso di qualità superiore, perfetto per ogni ricetta! Ho acquistato il Riso Acquerello invecchiato 1 anno nel pacco da 2,5 Kg e sono rimasto davvero colpito dalla sua eccellenza. Questo riso è una garanzia per chi ama cucinare risotti cremosi e piatti raffinati: i chicchi mantengono una consistenza perfetta, rilasciando l’amido giusto per una cremosità naturale senza mai diventare collosi. L’ho provato con un classico risotto allo zafferano e il risultato è stato da ristorante stellato! Il processo di invecchiamento di un anno e la lavorazione con reintegrazione del germe rendono il sapore più ricco e i valori nutrizionali superiori rispetto a molti altri risi in commercio. Anche la confezione è pratica e ben sigillata, ideale per conservare il prodotto a lungo. È un po’ più costoso di altri risi, ma la qualità giustifica ogni centesimo. Lo consiglio vivamente a chiunque voglia portare in tavola un prodotto italiano di altissimo livello. Un vero gioiello della cucina!
