A: Yes it comes with a T connector, bollard lamp, stake/spike, and extension cord. If you are purchasing multiple extensions, use the T connector from the last extension lamp to connect the first or base unit bollard to the chain. The base unit does not come with a T connector. The last lamp on the chain does not need the T connector as it’s cord can connect directly to its extension cable which connects to lamp n-1’s T connector. Ignore the video and literature that shows the final T connector capped on the downstream side at the final lamp. For example, for a setup with 1 base bollard and 2 extension bollards. Connect the cable from the AC adapter to the base unit’s extension cable (if needed), then connect the extension cable, base bollard and the #1 extension bollard’s cable to the #2 extension bollard’s T connector. Next connect the #1 extension cable, #1 extension bollard and #2 extension cable to the #1 extension’s T connector. Finally connect the #2 extension cable to the #2 lamp. Logically: Socket<=plug--[AC brick]--base cable--[=]ext2 T-connector+BB[=]--ext1 cable--[=]ext1 T-connector+#1EB[=]--ext2 cable--[=]--#2EB Where: [=] = connection +BB = Base Bollard Ts into #2 extension bollard’s T-connector +#1EB = #1 Extension Bollard Ts into #2 extension bollard’s T-connector +#2EB = #2 Extension Bollard connects to end of chain without T-connector

Yes, it is possible to cut and splice the extension cable that comes with each light while leaving the light and proprietary cable connector undamaged. I have done this for longer cable runs using heavier gauge cable and a 3rd party 24v power supply.

I had my original Hue transformer die when lightning hit out house. But I replaced it with a 250W 24v transformer. Instead of using 3 hue transformers, all 14 lights are running on one, with plenty of wattage to spare to add more units.

Es una excelente opción para la iluminación exterior, buena calidad, colores vibrantes y fácil instalación. Reflector duradero y resistente a la intemperie, ideal para resaltar jardines. Requiere el kit base con transformador para funcionar. Hue Bridge necesario para conectar y controlar las luces.

I have tons of Hue products. I bought a few more extensions here now that they are available. Everything else came from Dell.com as they were the only people to have them in stock. Anyway, typical hue light.....but they are water proof and made for outdoors! I was looking to get some landscape lights installed and the cost was crazy just for your basic lights. Now I have good quality lights that I can make almost any color in the world! July 4th, RWB. Christmas, GWR. Endless possibilities. Individual brightness color settings. Normal light rest of the time. App control and timers. Neighbors are jealous. You need the hub and power supply. The power supply can handle up to 5 lights, so the base kit has 3 lights and you can add 2 extensions. I have 15 outdoor lights. Yes they are expensive, but the functionality and ease of install compared to normal landscape lights is great.

Great for Landscaping

Great light source for landscaping, security and more. The light can be dimmed and colored an array of colors. It looks good during the day and the night. I will definitely get more to spot light my trees. We currently have the Hue spot light highlighted on the first column. The spot light XL is highlighted on the window. I love that they can be set to come on at sunset and turn off at sunrise or upon motion with our security cameras. The install took about 10 minutes. Great buy and worth the money!

Gran producto, pero cuidado es una extensión, le falta la pieza que lo conecta a la corriente eléctrica y que tiene el módulo de transmisión wireless. Ese cable NO se vende por separado. Cómpra esta lámpara solo si ya tienes alguna lámpara de exterior de Philips Hue, como la torre o como la versión con 3 estás lámparas pero que sí tiene el conector de corriente. Si ya tienes cómo conectarlo a corriente, es un gran producto, de gran calidad.
