Excellent Vest
I use it to ride my eBike. Here in Florida it gets hot, so it's great that it's made from mesh. Very comfortable and a great safety vest to wear day or night. At night it has very visible reflective strips.

I can be seen
I walk/bike in the city and I sure do look like a purple highlighter. Guess I won’t be collecting any insurance money any time soon. Everyone can see me day or night. It’s comfortable, easy to remove, and breathable

Simple and light
I purchased this to fit over outerwear when bike riding/ commuting to work. It has the coverage I want and need out in traffic. It can be a little awkward when putting it on as sometimes the waist straps can get twisted. I okay with this because it's so little and it was inexpensive. When wearing it over outerwear you'll note that the hook faces out from the vest and if it's not covered by the pile (fuzzy side of the Velcro) on the rear strap the hook side tends to catch on other fabrics. Again I'm okay with this because I wanted something I could wear with or without a coat. I have a couple of white pile tabs I made to cover the exposed Velcro hook material. The bands are great for protecting my pants leg while riding, but I decided to shorten these so that they're snug on my wrist. Material has held up well over the last 400 miles and shows no sign of wear. Will most likely purchase another set so I don't find my self short of my critical riding gear. I say critical because 95% of the cyclist on my commute don't wear any kind of protective or reflective gear.I see that a few drivers don't see me when I'm on my bike even with this on; what are they seeing when they see (don't see) people without. I'll admit to briefly losing sight of a pedestrian in the A pilar of my truck while approaching an intersection. This is how I know it's critical gear. Be seen.....

Great vest for high visibility
Note - there are two versions of the high-viz vest, one with denser material and one with a lighter mesh. The denser is brighter by far, but much less breathable. The one I'm reviewing here preferable for vigorous activity.I purchased this vest for two reasons - hiking and running. It is suitable for both - perhaps hiking/walking on the road more than running, since it isn't as light or breathable as alternatives. This is a vest where you trade those two qualities for greater visibility.Pros:Very visible, there's great coverage with the high-viz material and prominently-placed reflective stripes. This means it works very well in the day and the night.I like the design myself, more than most vests on the market, there's enough material here that it both avoids the "sports bra" look. It also lays flat and doesn't appear to be disheveled. It is quite secure if you get the right size, it doesn't bounce around or get out of place as you move.Cons:Despite the claim, the vest is still a little weighty and bulky compared to other offerings on the market. This emphasizes visibility, not airflow or weight. So if you want to stash this in a hiking pack for rare use, you will end up carrying more weight than necessary. My only real complaint is that the flaps on the side are a reflective material rather than a mesh, even though that is where the vest is most likely to make contact with the body. I found some perspiration build up in that area even when running in cool temperatures. I will lay out a grid and use a leather punch to ventilate that area, but it's a relatively obvious oversight in the design.Fit:I am a 5'10, fit male. decent muscle mass all around but not too bulky, ~33" waist and 40" chest. I tried both the small and the medium and the small is perfect for running, conforms well to the body. Medium is too large and has about 2-4" of extra length at the bottom flaps. If I were wearing this with a jacket or normal clothes while walking, then the medium would be better, but since I'm wearing only a compression shirt while running, the small is the way to go. In fact, I plan on stashing the medium I purchased in my car for contingencies.Broadly; would recommend.
