Shimano FD-TZ500 6-speed MTB front derailleur, down swing, down pull, 28.6mm, 66-69, 42T

Did some research that suggested this front mech was suitable for both 6 & 7 speed rear freewheels.It's very easy to fit even for a novice, just remember you will have to break the chain to fit it. And the adjustment took less than 5 mins to get smooth changes on all 3 front chainrings.The slight problem is the derailleur cage is too tight for a 7 speed rear freewheel so there's some chain rub on the cage in the lower rear gears. If you're fitting this on a 6 speed rear freewheel I would guess that rub would be absent. Not enough reason to de-install it, but enough to knock a star off as it's supposed to be 7-speed compatible ! Easy 4 star nonetheless.

Unisex muss eine andere Bedeutung haben!!Bekomme das Schaltwer nicht an den Rahmen geschraubt. Funktioniert jedenfalls nicht an meinem Bulls.Wenn sie ein Kinderfahrrad mit 10 mm Rohr haben, könnte es funzen.Schade dass solch wichtige Infos einfacch nicht erwähnt werden.
