I was very impressed with these indoor plant growing lights. They were securely packaged. The unit was very easy to set up. The clamp attached nicely to the back of my desk where I’m keeping my succulents for the winter. The unit is great, made with quality. The arms are very flexible to present in the best location needed. The lights are bright & are of a good size. The different settings are nice. It flip on switch is located by the clasp in the back. A very easy on/off. Good size length cord. Wonderful quality for what I paid. This unit covers all that I needed it to so it’s perfect. I highly recommend it.

This sun lamp does much more than mimic the sun's rays--it harnesses a cosmic power that turns normal plants into super growers. I wasn't sure how much of an effect this would have, but knew my windowsill plants needed more sunlight than they were getting. HOLY COW. Within 5 days, my 2 orchids that haven't bloomed in ages BOTH have TWO flower stalks EACH. After FIVE DAYS under the settings recommended for blooming plants. My smaller seedlings are growing sure and steady and I am hopeful this lamp will help them grow big, bushy, and strong. I am super impressed. The only feature I am not crazy about is the switch to change the intensity of the light--you have to keep flipping the same switch off and on to reach the desired intensity (the lamp goes on at 100%, the next flip is 70%, then 25%, then 10%). I have my lamps on a timer and they always turn on and revert to the highest intensity, which is not what I prefer for my seedlings. Oh well. For the price, it's LEGIT.

My plants are enjoying the extra light. The clamp is helpful. I like being able to adjust the location of each light easily.

I've been using this lamp (along with the 75w upgraded version by the same company) for several months now, and it's been great. I started a whole bunch of seeds under it this spring for transplantation into my garden, and I also use it to supplement light for my indoor houseplants since they don't get enough from the windows alone. It's great for both purposes! Keep in mind that this version doesn't have auto on/off or dimmable levels like the upgraded version; but frankly I don't use those features as much as I thought so I'm happy to stick with this lamp.When using the lamp with seedlings it's really easy to adjust the height and location of the light using the gooseneck design, so you don't hurt your itty bitty plants with too much light OR too little light. Too little light is especially a concern with seedlings, since it can cause them to get too leggy/stretched out, and more vulnerable to things like damping off. As the seedlings grow you can just adjust up the light to keep it the perfect distance.Using it for my indoor houseplants has also revitalized some of my old plants that were suffering from too little light. I attached a picture of one of my African Violets that hadn't bloomed in years due to insufficient light, and pictured is its very first bloom in ages after spending some time under this lamp! After I took this picture it continued to bloom like crazy; I counted upwards of 15 blooms on the (small) plant at one time.I also want to note that customer service was excellent. I had an issue with the first lamp they sent me - it was using their old style clamp design where you had to squeeze hard on two pieces to open the clamp. There was a jagged bit of metal on part of the clamp edge, so it left marks on the wooden surface I clamped it too. I contacted customer support and sent them some photos of the problem, and they were quick to repond and offered to replace it with the new (well, now current) version that has the C-type clamp you spin to close, if I didn't mind waiting a few days. The new clamp is so much better and also easier to use, since I have arthritis and it can occasionally be difficult to use my hands like the old clamp required. I was very happy!

I received this product so quickly. Super fast shipping. The packaging was great! This is a very solid well made grow light! I use it on propagating succulents and growing plants from seeds. The clamp on this is VERY strong and can attach to most anything and not fall off. The arms length are very strong and longer than I expected. The arms are solid and don’t move due to gravity once you have them in the place you want. The light is bright and does not feel hot to touch. I would recommend this light to anyone needing a small light to give their plants a boost. If I need another grow light like this I will definitely be purchasing this one again, it’s high quality.

The media could not be loaded. This is a very solid small grow light! I use it on seedlings and to supplement my Aerogarden Bounty.Amazingly fast shipping!!! I received the light 3 days after order on standard shipping! Wasn't expecting that! Very solid packaging with detailed assembly instructions. The clamp is solid and can easily hold the light. The arms length are perfect and also very solid. I like the ability of replacing the LED bulbs (not sure where to buy additional bulbs or if it's cost efficient). The light is decently bright and does not generate a lot of heat. Overall, a very solid light at a very competitive pricing!

The lights are no joke. But they're either on or off and no timer. There's a clicker on the cord for each light, so to turn them off or on, you got to hit both switches. Also, the whole thing is heavy feeling and the fastener thing on the end, while sturdy, really is meant for like a tabletop. So if you've got plants on shelves, this is not for you. The color of the light coming from the bulbs is also lightly pinkish. It's not a warm yellow or white light. It's very industrial chunky looking, so if you wanted something that would look good in a normal living room or office, this might also not be for you. I actually wanted this for plants in my office, but instead my husband is going to use them in his shop and he put a cool looking string of pot lights on my ceiling and the plants are loving those. And.... It's on a timer. So, overall not thrilled with this, but if you're trying to grow seedlings in a basement or something, maybe this would be for you.
