The remote even came with batteries already included — a small but very thoughtful detail. I just plugged in the cable, followed the on-screen steps, and everything was ready to go. Great tv. Not great with the dark colors in our bright room.

I want to like this TV so bad simply because of the built in mount and how nice it looks on the wall. But other than that, so far, it’s been trash. The TV overheats(???) or something and constantly freezes if it’s on for too long (3-4 hours). To the point where you have to unplug to reset … which with how close it is to the wall, is difficult. Probably why it is freezing up bc it can’t vent properly? Constantly having to reset the apps on the TV to get them to work. Now all the apps just spin to the point where again I have to reset the TV by unplugging. I can’t even register the TV bc it’s not recognized on the TCL website, which is who makes this TV. I should have stuck to the Hisense brand that I usually buy.
