What is the shelf life? Before opening?

I am sorry that it took me so long to answer this question. I just got my next Prime Pantry Box yesterday. This product has to be refrigerated once it is opened and the stamp on the bottle said good until Dec. 2015.

Okay but a bit fake tasting in hot coffee

Has a bit of a chemically ‘fake’ after taste. It isn’t horrible, I could still drink it but wasn’t as enjoyable as I had hoped. I found it to be much more palatable when used in iced coffee as opposed to hot. The cold seemed to take away some of the after taste.
