So far this power station has worked better than we expected. It is extremely easy to use and holds a great charge. We operated a full PA System, 2 wireless mic receivers, an MP3 player, and a phone charger, for about 8 hours and only used 20% of the capacity power. We'll also be saving this for when we lose power in the winter and can plug in a small heater, light, and phones. The build quality seems very good. It's heavy, no doubt, but manageable. My only gripe with it is there's no cover over the plug input or lighter input. Otherwise, it's been great.

A great value for your money. This solar generator is powerful and easy to use. I would highly recommend this product.

Do NOT buy. I just purchased this item and upon arrival the digital display showed 27% charge. Following instructions, I used the supplied charging cable to plug it into a wall-outlet to charge it up to 100% before first use. However, the charging indicator never changed - It remained at 27% for four hours. Investigating via Google and Jackery's website, I found instructions for doing a "soft-reset" and followed them - The unit still stated 27% charge. Per instruction on Jackery's website, I unplugged unit from the wall and plugged in a load to drain the battery to 0% (hard-reset). I then plugged it back into the wall to charge. The unit is NOT charging from the wall outlet (which I tested and is perfectly functional at 121 volts, 60 hz). This unit is defective, and unfortunately I found similar stories from others after googling forums. DO NOT BUY this unit. Now I've got to deal with the hassle of replacing it.
