Not good for repeated use
I got this for vending at vintage markets and I don't recommend it for anyone who plans on taking it apart and putting it back together multiple times. The base starts to fall apart because the rods in the middle rotate and strip the screws. When people push the clothing over, the entire thing leans in that direction. This thing has been on its last leg for awhile and I only do one rod because it is not sturdy enough to be taller. When it is built with two rods, it is taller than the edge of a standard 10 by 10 tent.

Definitely not heavy duty, top heavy and casters to small.
I ordered two and am very disappointed. The tubing is not as thick and sturdy as it appears in the photos and I would definitely not call them heavy duty. The gold color does look nice and they assembled in minutes. The assembled size is good. The casters are awful, way too small for the rack and hard to roll over carpet. The depth of the two bottom side supports is nowhere near deep enough so it wants to topple easily when trying to move even just a short distance, doesn't matter if it's empty, has only a few clothes on or lots of clothes. I even tried hanging the heavier stuff on bottom rod because I thought maybe I had it top heavy but it didn't make a difference, the casters/ legs are just not deep enough.
