This drone is easy to fly, very responsive, has a great camera and I am very happy with it. It is also very robust. My learning curve was probably longer than most and involved my crashing the drone several times. That didn't seem to bother it at all. The customer service of this Company is absolutely superb. I had a problem with my first drone and I emailed the Company on a Saturday afternoon and had a reply waiting for me the next morning. A couple of things were suggested, which did not fix the issue (which wasn't terribly serious). Then Emily (the rep. who helped me and was excellent) said she would arrange for a replacement to be sent to me. I received the replacement in three days. I can't say enough good things about the service I received. I think this is an excellent company you can deal with in complete confidence. If you need a capable, reasonably priced drone, I don't think you can do better than the PL-511 and this Company. UPDATE 10/18/2024 I had problems with two of these drones. The first I bought and it worked OK but I discovered when I hovered it 20' above ground it did not stay in one position, it made a 6' circle or went about 20' sideways. I contacted the Company and they sent me a new one. It worked really well for two days so I wrote the above review. On the third day I flew it a few minutes when it flipped over and crashed into the ground. It did that five times in a row. The next day I tried it again and it again flipped over and crashed. I returned it to Amazon and will get a refund in due course. I think this is an excellent company and the drone seems to be well built. However, from my experience I would say it has a software problem. Maybe I was just unlucky and got the only bad two drones they ever made. Unfortunately, I simply can't trust their drones. I stand by my comments about their customer service, which is excellent.

Despite its speed, the drone is very hard to fly. The responsiveness of the controls feels overly sensitive, making even minor adjustments result in drastic shifts in direction or altitude. There's a significant lack of precision, making it incredibly challenging to execute smooth turns or maintain a consistent flight path. It feels less like piloting a sophisticated aircraft and more like wrestling with an untamed beast. This extreme sensitivity, combined with what appears to be a deficiency in its stabilization system, leads to constant overcorrections from the pilot, turning what should be an enjoyable flight into a frustrating struggle. A major contributing factor to the difficulty in control is that it does not stay in place when you want it to fly easily. Unlike other drones that can utilize GPS or optical flow sensors to hold a stable hover, this model drifts significantly, even in calm conditions. Attempting to simply hold it still in the air requires constant, minute adjustments on the controls, which is mentally taxing and detracts entirely from the flying experience. This lack of reliable positional hold makes it nearly impossible to capture steady aerial footage or even to simply practice basic maneuvers without the drone constantly veering off course. My disappointment is amplified by the fact that I have had similarly priced drones that were easy to control and move around. The Plegble PL-510 is a very capable entry-level drone. It’s lightweight, foldable, and easy to fly thanks to one button takeoff, altitude hold, and headless mode—perfect for beginners. It also comes with a carrying case and can fit a few extra accessories. The 1080p HD camera captures decent footage in good light. I love the controller mount for a phone to see the FPV view via the PL RC App. The app video setup was SUPER EASY. Dual batteries give around 25–30 minutes total flight time, which is respectable for the price. My only nitpick is that the video can get shaky in low light, but I dont recommend flying at night anyway. Still, for casual flying and learning the basics of drone control, the PL-510 delivers EXCELLENT value!!! Perfect for outdoor flying - but I designed and 3D Printed some blade fan guards just in case I wreck. I have already crashed hard twice indoors without the blade guards, and the drone doesnt have a scratch - a testament ot the high quality build. I also recommend this for all ages. I'm nearly 40 have this is my 2nd drone, and I havent had this much fun with a piece of tech in years!!!

It was an excellent drone but it comes without guards and that contributes to his downfall and one of the motors is not working eventually probably due to crashes but the other than that it's an excellent drone it just needs guards
