looks nice, if the chrome doesn't peel off from salt in winter, looks like sturdy item but
1UPDATE!!make sure you only put 1 on a vehicle, it helps draw exhuast out evenly to even flow important for high hp cars. but if you put 2 it hurts the flow. i learned the hard way. look on youtube for a video. someone holds up a piece of paper and covers one hole and puts the paper on the other and vice versa and it holds the paper to the pipe with the suction. exhaust scavenginglooks nice, if chrome lasts, feels heavy, welds are good, makes nice sound cuts out rasp. but make sure you only order amt you need if you order more than 1 and need to return 1 they charge $20 restocking fee! have a completely custom exhaust all straight through type resonators and mufflers. these resonators have out 50% to 70% of the drone. exactly what i wanted. chrome plate/stainless looks excellent, welds look nice. there are much more expensive products that look very similar and function similar to this, I wanted a good sounding but not overpowering overwhelming growl. between these and a couple borla s type mufflers, with my foot down or cold start nice sounding growl but not excessive. without resonators it was a little too much to bear and very annoying sure my neighbors agreed. thanks its a v6 biturbo suv with 2 amazon x pipes and borla s type 3" mufflers bought on amazon also. exhaust is 2.5 inches pipe. in case you like this sound and have a turbocharged or supercharged car suv and want this kind of sound but dont know what you buy. this is what I put on this. 1) cut off the entire stock exhaust after the downpipes (turbocharged car) or headers, put 2.5 inch stainless pipe comes in 4' sections from amazon. get some extra so they can bend it, if they dont have a mandrel pipe bending machine and a lot of custom exhaust shops do not. then you need to buy some elbows, if you want stainless it lasts a lot longer won't rust through. take it to the shop tell em what you want so you can order the elbows on amazon bc they wlll cost a lot more from the shop if you need say 5 or 6 of them. 2)TOTALFLOW Natural Finish TF-SS2525 409 Stainless Steel 2.5 Inch X-Pipe-2.5" Dual- sold on amazon. they are $40. other companies make ones for up to $200, I dont think they are gonna sound any better. now there are some slightly less or similarly priced x pipes on amazon, but they are not chromed stainless on outside and welds are iffy, these total flow are nice and heavy well made. 3) resonators. I like power or total flow I put power 2.5 inch diameter. 11 .5 inch resonators one on each side sold on amazon. $30- 45 ish each depends on dial. and length. you can go 14 length if you need more noise reduction. 4) mufflers, you can put whatever you want, but I like the borla s type 3" diam. gives it a nice growl. almost makes a v6 sound like a v8. Hey . I said almost. literally I saved about $600 choosing custom exhaust parts and buying it on amazon. it cost me about $550 IN TOTAL. not that bad for replacing everything from the downpipes back. these total flow and u power brands and only on amazon from what I see maybe elsewhere but the quality is good enough to last years, well made, welds are very good. they will surely outlast crappy aluminized parts. if they are to fail eventually they are cheap enough to replace. I couldn't justify $1,500 FOR CUSTOM exhaust parts for the same thing paying for a name brand, when it sounds exactly the same or better for $550. It cost about $500 to get it all put on at an exhaust shop. time consuming and a bit or extra work to weld stainless vs. the aluminuinized stuff. again, best tip I can give anyone is if you are considering a custom exhaust take your car to the shop with all your parts resonators, pipes, x pipes, mufflers, so they can tell you if they dont have a mandrel machine to bend the pipes perfectly and keep the pipes from crushing the angles and diam. for the elbows you will need. you will save a bunch if you do that first and then buy the elbows on here and go back a second time to have them fit it all on and weld it. otherwise you might pay $300 extra for elbows if they are stainless, when you could have paid maybe $180. and look at your stock exhaust hangers, the rubber things that hang with the steel l brackets and buy a couple of those on here they will be half the price a shop charges you. you want a place that is a custom exhaust shop or a place that has a guy who only does exhaust. so the outcome is its screwed into bottom of car some places and also welded to l brackets so it doesnt move around or get loose over time and make it super hard for someone to steal it. hope the extra info helps someone

So far looking very good
So far it looks just like the magnaflow that’s way more expensive. Magnaflow has a lip on the inside that hinders flow through it. This one doesn’t have that! This one just happens to be much less expensive. I’m gonna check the welds and also update after install. Putting it on an 08 Cadillac CTS 3.6 DI. Deleting the resonator with this.Update: on a Cadillac CTS 3.6 direct injected engine... don’t do this with stock exhaust. It doesn’t sound very good at all. No fault of the product at all it’s just that the resonator on the CTS cuts out all the rasp and deleting it isn’t so good. I’m gonna try adding magnaflows maybe and see what happens. I want to get a healthy, deep sound from the engine but I’m not looking for nascar sound, something quiet. This is a good product though either way. No leaks, no issues putting it on. It seems like it flows well. If you need an x pipe for the price this one can’t be beat.Update:For Cadillac CTS 3.6 DI owners:I added cherry bomb 8” glass packs after the x pipe in the straight section (only place it fit) with stock mufflers and it sounds great. I’m very happy with it now. Really opens up when you get on it.

Good quality X-Pipe for the price
I have no complaints for this x-pipe. I purchased this for my 2016 Mercedes E550 coupe. I removed the upper 2 small resonators and replaced them with this x-pipe. Then straight piped the larger mid section resonator and left the factory mufflers in place. The car has a nice growl when you get on it but quiet at idle and no drone at highway speeds. The welds were decent and install was easy for the shop. Highly recommend it.

Overall good deal...
Mediocre Quality SS looks shiny when new but rusts quickly in the NY winter salt. Fit is a little sloppy but weldable. Better than too tight. For the small price, it does the job. If you live somewhere with no salt, it may even last several years.

Came in great shape.
All the welds are complete, looks awesome. I bought this for a mustang cobra to replace the dumb pointless x cross section with this OPEN CHAMBER x cross section. The open chamber x is the best and makes the car sound completely different- for the better. Compare this to the bbk xpipe section or the bassani x pipe. Say for instance typical PYPES xpipe is basically just flow through exhaust made in shape of an x. Again this open chambered x pipe section makes a complete difference in the sound as the exhaust hits in the middle resonates and equalizes then goes back to the mufflers instead of just cheap flow through x pipes. You can buy this for 50 dollars compared to spending 600 plus for BBK and just keep you existing exhaust from your headers or manifolds. just replace the old X if you have one that is. I'm happy with the purchase.

Inexpensive, adequate
These are not as nicely-made as the Magnaflow versions. That is, the Magnaflows seem to be more "visually" streamlined. Whether they're actually a better-flowing unit I can't tell.I used this to connect a single-inlet muffler and tailpipe to the twin catalyst exhaust system my '97 K2500 7.4L came with. A previous owner installed a crappy mild-steel "cat-back" system that had totally rusted-out. Because space was limited, I had to cut the three stub pipes (2 inlet, 1 outlet) on this unit back about an inch each. Then it welded nicely to the rest of the system.
