Hello, I've never purchased this although I do get the hazelnut flavored instant coffee frequently. If you look at the picture of this instant coffee which is featured in the listing, it does seem to indicate that this would be a medium light roast. As you can see, there is a bar with the words light, medium, and dark going across it. The pointer to indicate the roast for this coffee is right between light and medium. You might want to consider checking the reviews to see what the consensus is on this, since I am sure this is something that would be mentioned there. Hope this is helpful!

Is the Nescafé tasters choice decaf house blend a three in one package

The green boxed packets are only decaf, not the other two blends. They offer different package promotions and you have to be careful what you are ordering. If you only need decaf be sure to only order the green boxed package.
