Barre transversale bien conçue
Le produit est bien fait, semble solide. Parfait pour Subaru Ascent 2022. Toutefois faut pas penser installer les caoutchoucs sous les barres durant l'hiver, puisque légèrement difficile durant l'été entre les 2 fixations. les clés ne sont pas sécuritaires. Clés sur seulement sur 2 fixations sur quatre. Il aurait été intéressant d'avoir un petit caoutchouc pour refermer les ouvertures pour la clé de serrage (allen key). Quant à la durabilité, je ne sais pas.

Great value, fits my Mercedes GL perfectly
I originally tried another brand for my Range Rover but they sent the wrong size, so I returned it and got these Amazon Basics racks instead. They were $20 cheaper and honestly look like they could've come from the same factory - quality is just as good. I'm mainly using them on my Mercedes GL and the aluminum finish matches the factory rack really well, which is nice. Installation was straightforward and they fit properly. I got them to work with a Sailnovo rooftop cargo bag to use for roadtrips; which I haven't used yet but gets good reviews. Like any roof rack, there's some wind noise at highway speeds, but the rubber filler pieces that go in the tracks help cut it down quite a bit. For the price difference compared to other brands, I'm really happy with these. They're solid, fit well, and do exactly what they're supposed to do.

VW Tiguan 2024 fit
VW Tiguan 2024 fit is ok. Bit low / too close to the roof. See pictures The lock can't be left open. To remove key need to lock. As I don't tust the flimsy lock I rather would leave it always open

De bonnes barres de toit mais un premier montage laborieux...
Ces barres de toit sont vraiment bien conçues. 👍 C'est simple et efficace sur mon Peugeot Partner j'ai pris la version la plus longue. Cependant comme d'autres commentaires avant moi l'ont souligné le premier montage est une vraie tannée.... 🥲 Les bandes censées limiter le sifflement ne sont vraiment pas pratiques à installer et celle aux deux extrémités doivent être plus courtes car sinon elles vont gêner lors de l'ouverture de la pince. Ça pour le coup c'est pas super pratique... De plus bien qu'il soit à saluer que la clé Allen fournie est très longue... Il faut tellement tourner pour arriver à serrer que j'ai fini par y mettre un coup de meuleuse et la monter sur ma visseuse 😂 Notez que si vous faites pareil il faut visser à 6nM maximum selon la notice. Par contre une fois en place rien ne peut les arracher, c'est clair 😁 Je ne pense pas que ça conviendra à tout le monde mais en tout cas pour un particulier qui fait des travaux occasionnels c'est amplement suffisant ! 👌
