The higher AH maximizes the efficiency of the jobs so that the same job can be done in less time. It does not affect the torque output of the tool.

Whether I can charge using 220v

You would not be able to charge using 220v. It is also not recommended by the manufacturer DEWALT to use a transformer or an adapter to force the charger to work at a 220v outlet.

Will this let you know how many ft lbs of torque on lug nut on wheels?
