My order value £119 was left in the porch of my sheltered accommodation instead of my flat on the second floor. My address was Flat 35 ………….. Instructions were to deliver to my flat. Thank you to my neighbour who happened to see the parcel delivered to me. This is bad delivery which could have caused trouble of none delivery. This does not deserve a star at all. Hope you will notify you driver to follow delivery instructions in future. My perfume was delightful very pleased 5star. But you must deliver to the correct location;;;;;; Door.
