Mars skyliner has became one of my favourite eyeliner.. she's dark , matte and really bold it will make ur eyes pop out even more

I recently tried the MARS Skyliner Liquid Matte Eyeliner. It’s smudge-proof and feels lightweight. It holds well during regular use, but when I tried putting water and rubbing it, it came off, so it’s water-resistant but not completely waterproof. Overall, I think it’s a good product for everyday use. Good for regular wear, but don’t expect it to last through heavy water exposure.

I would say this is good for beginners, it's matte and has an average brush tip, consistency could be more improved, I have an oily face, so comes off very quickly(2-3 hours) I was disappointed with the bottle, in this price I would still go for Lakme, Mars can do much better, no hate, I do like ur products, but the liner didn't really work for me. :)
