First mixer grinder arrived with a missing clip in the jar cap — because who doesn’t love a “DIY accessories pack” on delivery day.Turned it on — immediately sounded like it was auditioning for a role in a construction site. Loud noise + heavy vibration combo.The small jar had a bonus feature: “Self-ejecting ingredients.” Everything politely flew out mid-grind.Contacted Atomberg support on WhatsApp — they responded like a very polite robot whose only mission was to redirect me to Amazon.Sent an email with feedback — got a reply a few days later asking for order detailsGot a replacement — plot twist: the “defective” one was born in April 2026, while the replacement proudly hails from October 2025 (time travel edition included).Replacement model also doubles as a mini earthquake simulator. Without suction cups, it looks like it’s planning its escape from the kitchen counter.Conclusion: either I got a bad batch… or this is a “feature-rich” design I simply don’t understand. When 550W Tries to Walk in a 1000W Suit.Funny thing — my older 450 watt Atomberg mixer from 2–3 years ago is still quietly doing its job like a responsible adult, watching all this chaos in disappointment.

Everything is fine. Chutney jar is little big for two people.I suggest the manufacture to make a option with Chutney jar suitable for 500 ml and 250 ml.
