not sure your application, this is an RS232 signal swap adapter. Here is pinout: pin-1 goes to pin-4, pin-2 to pin-3, pin-5 to pin-5, pin-7 to pin-8, and pins-6&9 are not connected.

Simple fix, works perfectly!

This adapter absolutely does the trick. I wasn't getting any signal at all with my setup, but as soon as I put this null modem adapter in, everything started working instantly. It's a very simple plug-and-play solution that just does the job perfectly. Highly recommend if you're dealing with serial communication signal issues! It even comes as a two-pack. I only need one, so I'm not sure what to do with the other now.
