One strip of lights will not work for some colors. How do I fix this?

I bought 3 sets of these. Two worked perfectly but the 3rd has a couple of lights that didn’t work for some colors. I contacted the company and they sent a replacement but the replacement has the same problem. I guess we just aren’t going to use those colors.

they stopped working. When I unplug and plug them back in they flash. Is there a reset button or any clue what is going on?

So I also had this same thing happen twice! The only solution I found might not work for you. I have four sets of these in my room (111ft total). When I switched the wall plug from one set of strip to the other it corrected its self and stopped flashing. If you don't have more then one you'd have to buy a new wall plug. Sorry.
