If You Care FSC Certified Paper Cake and Pie Baking Pans, 4-Count

Bought these as an eco friendly alternative to the regular little pie tins with the un recyclable lids. They were bigger than expected, but still worked with my recipes. They were sturdier than expected for my pies and were able to withstand being shuffled around. Even held up well enough to let my dinner rolls proof in them. In fact, I liked them so much, I looked up the brand online and was able to purchase a wide range of their products for cheaper than here. Still expensive!… but I’m going to email them about a wholesale option and cross my fingers. Totally recommend buying a pack and seeing what you think.

These are actually cheaper than the disposable tin ones I get at the grocery store, and they are just a sturdy as those too. I use them to bake a pie with a pretty sick buttery crust and once the crust cools and the fridge, it's extremely sturdy. I usually bake on a pan, so by the time it cools off it is once again sturdy. They do become flimsy, as the pie or whatever you've made in it, starts to get eaten... But again it's no different than the disposable tin ones.

Worked great for pies. I use these when gifting pies. That way you don't have to worry about someone having to return your pie pan. Only disposable option I feel is safe.

Simply put, these plans are a fantastic idea, however, THEY ARE NOT STURDY!!!! Please it then in a pie pan or a baking sheet or something sturdy that can go in the oven. I almost lost my cornbread mix because of the flimsiness of them. If my back is better, I will get in my wheelchair and take a pick with cornmeal mix in it so that you will see what I'm talking about.

these are not of a particularly heavy weight, but i do like them very much. for the price, one could use a second underneath. nice to have an option that is both good for the environment and can be taken to another house and i don't have to worry about getting my glass plate back.

Love these disposable paper pans

I LOVE the idea of these, but first of all, the quantity is greater than a typical American pie plate, so I was only able to make 3 cherry pies, not 4. On top of that, once baked, the "pan" was floppy. Had to be carried with two hands, and I'd done some careful lattice tops, but they all broke because the paper is so flimsy that even with two hands, they weren't stable. I may use the fourth one for a quiche someday, but I would not order these again. A good idea, but poorly constructed. Che peccato, perche' sono una buona idea.

I like to provide meals to new parents and for those who are dealing with a death in the family. I like to provide a meal where the recipient doesn't have to worry about returning bake ware. I also like that the entire line of If You Care products are non-toxic and eco friendly.
