Was a bit dubious about this adapter due to the low price but, thankfully, my fears were soon dismissed. Great looking piece of kit, smaller than expected, and sooo easy to setup. Plugged it in, connected it through Bluetooth and job done. Audio quality superb, no lag and full Apple CarPlay functionality as if it was connected via a cable. Had to site the adapter in my centre console on my Quashquai (as this is where the main USB plug point is located) and really relieved that, even with the console lid closed, the connection is still superb with no issues. Early days yet but I’m so impressed with this and the item delivers exactly what it promised

Disappointed. Takes 10-20mins just to connect with androidauto. Frustrating. Takes a lot of my time just for it connect with my phone. Will not recommend. Although connects easily with Apple carplay (wife's phone). Edit: Found a fix for android auto. I disabled my car's bluetooth and wifi hotspot. I guess they were the culprit for the tug o war of my phones connection to the dongle. Now it is working seemlessly and connects automatically at the start of engine running. 👍👍👍

I’d been looking for a sturdy Apple CarPlay adapter for a while, and this one ticks every box. Plug it in, pair it once, and it works perfectly every single time – no fuss, no re‑pairing. The connection is rock steady, with zero dropouts or lag. Exactly what I was after. Dead chuffed with it.

I’ve had this plugged into my car for the past few days now and I must say I was worried before buying this product but now it’s proved me wrong. Honestly it’s great for its price so easy to connect to your phone, works well for the car play works as it should. Very small and doesn’t take much room at all, when skipping a song there is about 2 second delay but that’s not a problem. Would highly recommend this product.

Worked well in my Audi A4 -Avant B9. I’d tried another brand that didn’t, so very pleased when this connected over Bluetooth (I wasn’t sure why WiFi mentioned in manual as well?) . The only aspect I’ve had to ponder is that I still like charging phone in car. Connecting my old cable to phone seemed to stop the carplay link- presume it wanted to link via phone directly- so I just plugged in my MagSafe charger and pop phone on that. If there’s a better way I’d like to hear it?! But getting in car and having carplay link up immediately is great. I often had issue before- whether it was the cable or maybe my iPhone’s connector….all a thing of the past. I did wonder if sound quality felt a little worse? But tweaking EQ and just getting used to sound has helped there. Very happy overall.

Exactly what I was after, auto connects when turning on car and works exactly as it should. Only thing I’ve noticed is that if you’re in the phone with someone and turn the car off the call somehow stays on so just make sure to end any calls before turning the car off. Phone signal also seems to be slightly worse using this but all in all great product.

The connection is very unstable. I continuously have to unplug it and plug it back in to get it to work.
